WHAT IS THE BIG SHOW GATE HOLDS EVERY YEAR?

Gate hosts a large stage show called "The Celebration of Sign." This year will be the 10th anniversary year! The show features Signed Music, Dance, Drama, Comedy, and Mime. Each year we welcome incredible hosts/stars such as Deanne Bray (Sue Thomas FBEye), Shoshannah Stern (Jericho), Terrylene (Beauty & the Beast), and a variety of Grammy Award Nominees. IS GATE A RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION?

Gate does have a foundation in the Protestant Christian Church. Many of our events have no religious focus, and others do. Gate wants to be a company that is about the people, all people within the Deaf Community, becoming an open gate for people to have their lives impacted and changed. If you love ministry outreaches or just prefer to participate in accessible events, Gate has something for you!

WHAT TYPES OF DEAF COMMUNITY EVENTS DOES GATE HOST?

Whether it is Deaf Day at the Predators, Deaf Day at the Nashville Sounds, Deaf Day at the Zoo, Celebration of Sign, or a slew of other local, multi-state or national Deaf Events, Gate attempts to draw people together through accessible events and Deaf themes. CAN KIDS GET INVOLVED AT GATE?

Gate offers classes for children ages 10 and above. Gate also offers opportunities for children to volunteer for Gate at events and sometimes in the office.
