Gate Communications will follow the state COVID requirements and protocols. The state of Tennessee is presently open, cases are extremely low, masks are no longer required in state, and all COVID protocols have expired.

PROTECT YOURSELF BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• Avoid exposure to sick individuals  

• Get plenty of sleep

• Take immune supportive supplements 

• Wash hands and use hand sanitizer regularly

ON SITE PRECAUTIONS

•  Hand sanitizer stations at doors, food area, care table, & "Gate Grab Box" area

• Door handles and communal areas sanitized frequently

• Chairs and tables sanitized daily 

• Individualized goodie bags  

• Sanitized materials  

• Individualized manipulatives (squishy balls etc) 

• Contactless "Grab box" area

• Social distancing implemented when possible

MASK REQUIREMENTS 

Tennessee has no mask mandates in place at this time. Gate will not require attendees to wear a mask, per-state guidelines. If attendees feel more comfortable in masks, they are of course welcome to wear them.

WILL MAMA SAM HUGS BE AVAILABLE?  

YES! A workshop isn't a workshop without Mama Sam hugs available when needed.

IF COVID IS CONTRACTED

For the protection of the participants, speakers, staff, and volunteers, if a participant does contract COVID, he/she will be required to move off site to a hotel at his/her own expense.
