SUNDAY - JUNE 7th
 

• We request all flights arrive by 5:00 PM on SUNDAY. You may arrive earlier in the week, but transportation and hotel will be your responsibility if you arrive prior to SUNDAY. Special requests for assistance can be made at the Gate Communications office. Attendees will meet at The Opry Mills Mall before caravaning to the workshop site.

MONDAY - WEDNESDAY JUNE 8th - 10th

• 7:15 - 8:00 AM Breakfast

• 8:15 - 8:45 AM Devotions on site

• 9:00 AM Workshop begins

• Lunch on site 

• 5:15 PM Workshop Ends 

• 6:30 PM Dinner

• 8:00 PM Activities (Tentative)

 

THURSDAY JUNE 11th

Cabin cleared by 10:00 AM. 
(Tentatively) We will assist with transportation to the airport for flights leaving after 12:30 PM.
